A small pause before the holidays
This time of year invites us to slow down, even if life doesn’t always make it easy.
I hope the coming days give you moments of rest, warmth, and connection - whether that’s with family, friends, or simply with yourself. I hope you allow yourself to reflect on how far you’ve come this year, even if the progress felt quiet or imperfect.
You showed up.
You kept going.
That matters.
