This doesn’t apply only to writing.
It applies to visuals too.
If you prompt:
“Create a futuristic city.”
You’ll get something impressive.
But not personal.
If you prompt:
“Create a futuristic city at sunrise, slightly melancholic tone, soft golden light, wide cinematic shot, reflective mood, inspired by quiet ambition.”
Now you’re directing.
The difference is intent.
The same applies to video tools.
“Create a motivational reel.”
Versus:
“Create a slow cinematic 10-second sequence of a woman reviewing analytics at sunrise, soft natural light, subtle tension, no dramatic music, reflective mood.”
AI responds to specificity and emotional direction.
Life comes from context.
The mistake most creators make is thinking AI generates creativity.
It doesn’t.
It amplifies direction.
If your prompt lacks:
tone
atmosphere
emotion
perspective
constraints
The result will feel generic.
Whether it’s text, image, or video.
The tool doesn’t create soul.
It creates structure.
You add the soul through:
