A quick reminder before we start: sponsors help support the work behind this newsletter. Taking a moment to check them out is a simple way to support what I do here. Thank you. Now let’s get into it.

After years of creating online, people sometimes ask me a simple question.

“Don’t you ever get tired of it?”

It’s a valid question.

Social media moves fast, and it isn’t always fair.

Algorithms change constantly.
Platforms evolve overnight.

Yet the truth is something I didn’t expect when I first started this journey.

I’m still excited about creating.

It started with curiosity

When I began sharing ideas online, I wasn’t thinking about monetization.

I was curious.

Curious about technology.
Curious about AI.
Curious about how platforms worked.

I enjoyed experimenting.

Writing posts.
Testing ideas.
Learning how people reacted to different types of content.

At first, it was simply a way to explore ideas and share them with others.

But something interesting happened over time.

People started responding.

The moment you realize someone is listening

One of the most powerful moments as a creator is realizing that someone you’ve never met is actually paying attention to what you share.

A reply.
A thoughtful message.
Someone saying your content helped them understand something.

Those moments change how you see the work.

It’s no longer just posting.

It’s communication.

88% resolved. 22% stayed loyal. What went wrong?

That's the AI paradox hiding in your CX stack. Tickets close. Customers leave. And most teams don't see it coming because they're measuring the wrong things.

Efficiency metrics look great on paper. Handle time down. Containment rate up. But customer loyalty? That's a different story — and it's one your current dashboards probably aren't telling you.

Gladly's 2026 Customer Expectations Report surveyed thousands of real consumers to find out exactly where AI-powered service breaks trust, and what separates the platforms that drive retention from the ones that quietly erode it.

If you're architecting the CX stack, this is the data you need to build it right. Not just fast. Not just cheap. Built to last.

Building something piece by piece

Creating online rarely feels dramatic.

Most of the time, it’s quiet work.

Writing a post.
Testing a prompt.
Publishing a newsletter.
Sharing an idea.

But over time, those small actions begin to accumulate.

Followers grow.
Conversations deepen.
Opportunities appear.

You start realizing you’re not just posting content anymore.

You’re building something.

The joy of experimentation

One reason I’m still excited about creating is that the landscape keeps evolving.

Tools change.

Recently, experimenting with AI tools like Grok Imagine opened a new creative playground for me.

It allowed me to explore visuals, storytelling, and ideas in ways that were impossible just a few years ago.

Every new tool becomes an opportunity to learn again.

That feeling of discovery keeps the process fresh.

The newsletter journey

Another turning point for me was starting a newsletter on Beehiiv.

At first, I didn’t expect much.

But in just three months, the newsletter grew from 0 to more than 800 subscribers.

That growth came with something even more rewarding.

Readers writing back and sharing feedback.

Telling me they found value in the articles.

When someone opens your newsletter in their inbox, it feels different from social media.

It’s a direct connection.

And that connection is incredibly motivating.

The unexpected rewards

There have also been moments I never expected.

My content being reposted or quoted by Elon Musk.

Making my ideas reach millions of views.

Watching small experiments turn into meaningful conversations.

Those moments remind you that creativity online can sometimes travel farther than you imagine.

But interestingly, those viral moments are not the reason I keep creating.

The real reason

The real reason is much simpler.

I enjoy the process.

The learning.
The conversations.
The constant evolution.

Creating online has become a journey of curiosity and exploration.

Some days the posts perform well. Other days they don’t.

But every day offers a chance to learn something new.

And that, more than anything else, is what keeps the excitement alive.

The internet moves fast.

Platforms will continue changing.

New tools will appear.

But as long as curiosity remains part of the process, creating never really becomes boring.

It becomes an ongoing adventure.

And honestly, I feel like the journey is only beginning.
